Good Experience When I arrived I wasn't sure how the visit would turn out. It appeared the staff was experiencing a shortage of employees under the red tent. I had When I arrived I wasn't sure how the visit would turn out. It appeared the staff was experiencing a shortage of employees under the red tent. I had a 9AM appointment with Ray. I arrived at 8:40AM and was told Ray doesn't get in until 9AM. Michael Godina approached me and let me know he would be with we shortly. This was approximately 8:50AM. By 9AM Michael had taken the reason for my visit and apologized for the wait. He told me the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. I was O.K. with that because I understand the amount of vehicles the service department must be dealing with. To my surprise by 9:30AM the service on my Rav4 had been completed and I was on my way home. Hats off to Michael! More
