Wish I Could Give 5 Stars, but I always ask for either Michael Godina or Michael Lopez, because both of them are exceptional and a pleasure to deal with. What kept me from giving 5 stars this time is the "courtesy car wash". It was sprinkling the day I took my car in, but when the driver pulled up to return my car I asked if the car had been washed and was told yes. Upon walking behind it, it was very obvious that no attempt had actually been made. It was promptly taken care of when pointed out; however, it can be experiences like this that plant seeds of doubt. Granted, the car wash is a courtesy, but I was told it would be done when I set the appointment by phone, and I was told that it had been done at pickup. I don't want to wonder if other things I am paying for but don't see are also not being done. If this was the first time something like this happened, I would probably not say anything. Unfortunately, I once had an issue with tire rotation not being done on my previous vehicle when it had been marked as done and I had paid for it. They made that situation right by giving me the next oil change at no charge, but it just should never have happened. I like coming to North Park because it is convenient, comfortable, and the Customer Service up front is usually exceptional. I am hoping North Park will be more diligent in the future with the little things, so that I can maintain confidence in the big things. More

Always a great experience I never have problems with the service department. The service advisors are very knowledgeable and always very prompt with getting my car serviced.
