I bought a BZ certified car and found a problem on the very same day of buying. I sent the car back to the dealership for diagnose three days later and left myself without any loaner's car for the next fo very same day of buying. I sent the car back to the dealership for diagnose three days later and left myself without any loaner's car for the next four days. I had to take the car back after the fourth day because the other car in my household Was not available neither. They didn't find out the cause of the problem and said over the phone that they would schedule another time for check with a loaner's car when I picked the car up. The truth is nobody ever cared to book me another appointment when I picked up. I had to do it myself later over the phone. Putting all those aside, it shouldn't even happen at the first place because it is a certified car! It should have been checked and fixed before I bought it. More
