The service desk lead was lacking in customer-first decorum (sluggish, distracted). When I arrived, the service desk lead was lacking in customer-first decorum (sluggish, distracted). I ended up spending 3 hours waiting for my car, after being told it was a 1-2 hour appointment, at most! Lastly, and I had to remind the billing department that I had a full warranty that covered the appointment, after I saw the bill (the bill was quickly reduced to reflect the warrant coverage, as a result).
