After a long wait, due to shortage of cars, my wife and I were able to finally drive out of the dealership in our 2023 Toyota Prius. Tanner Tulgetske, Michael 'MJ' Joh, and Rob Lisowski made my experience best in my life. They made the purchase process simple by allowing all necessary documents to be submitted ahead of time over the internet. They used their web site to show me all the details and explain all the options that are included in the vehicle. They suggested warranty options, maintenance plans and presented the cost of all the options. It's much easier to understand if there is no pressure and when it can be done over extended period of time. MJ is an expert with all the electronics that are built into the new version. It's truly amazing that he could cover the presentation of countless settings and myriad of tweaks in just over an hour. He was patient with us and made the initial customization process and new driver registration fun. Thank you MJ! Thank you Tanner for prompt updates on the delivery timeline! I stopped by Suburban Toyota for the very first time for a repair of my Prius a couple of months ago because a metal panel seemed to be falling off under the belly. My first visit. They checked it out and told me that it only required a few harnesses. They did not charge me anything and sent me on my way. Anything costs extra these days, and not to mention labor costs. Suburban Toyota is a rare find these days! More
