Although the service department is super busy, they do their best to accommodate me for my oil changes. I have been servicing my Hyundai's with Family since 2007, and can say they are one of the best around. I have purchased 4 Hyundai's from this dealership , and now all my friends have done the same. This is the biggest and busiest service center I've been to. I made an appointment a few weeks ago and they seemed to be expecting me. I was in and out in less than an hour for a recall notice. Everyone was really nice, especially the dispatcher. I met him and the service manager in the waiting room. They explained my situation and that I was good to go. They also spoke to another senior citizen and were really sweet to her. Then they both helped her to her car! Who even does that anymore? More
