OUTSTANDING SERVICE THE SERVICE DEPT AT FAMILY HYUNDAI IS OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY NEW TUCSON IN FOR IT'S FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME. Problems fixed. I had an issue with a previous service that was not complete, and service manager Michael phoned me and promptly fixed that. I have always had good service at this dealership and I bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parkin bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parking lot and no one came and to tell me if was done. I said something to a service person and then I continued to have to wait another 20 minutes. I was not pleased with my service experience this time. More

The Service Manager TJ was absolutely awesome. Very understanding and very helpful once the issue was brought to his attention. Before that the service supervisor Mike and whoever he spoke to was not e understanding and very helpful once the issue was brought to his attention.
