We didn't buy out of need, but out of necessity for the size of our family. Alex made our car buying experience very easy, even if we were not the easiest to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and great at listening to what we wanted and communicating with us when the Telluride we wanted came in. Alex has a wonderful personality and is very kind. Alex and my husband got along well and enjoyed some banter over their rival college teams; Michigan and Ohio State. The rest of the team that helped us was also great! We live 45 minutes from the dealership and when we arrived they had about 10 minutes before they were due to close, but nobody made us feel like a nuisance nor did they rush the process; they were very thorough. We really love our 2023 Kia Telluride SX-XLine! We hope that Alex is with Coastal Kia for many years to come, so when we are ready to buy another car, we will be able to work with him. More
