Very Customer Driven On 4/14/20 we scheduled a meeting to view a new 2020 Rav 4 XLE. We are returning customers from a 2015 Rav 4 purchase. We were greeted at the front en On 4/14/20 we scheduled a meeting to view a new 2020 Rav 4 XLE. We are returning customers from a 2015 Rav 4 purchase. We were greeted at the front entrance by Jack Jackson with a very courteous welcome. We asked for the Manager on Duty and Jack promptly made us comfortable and got Michael (Mikey) Kuhn. Mikey welcomed us and knew exactly what we were looking for noting that we had given this information via internet the previous day. We were asked if we wanted to take a test drive in a new Rav 4 2020. We were directed back to Jack Jackson. We entered the Rav 4 and Jack entered the back seat. He gave us a full explanation of the driver features, extensive Safety features and a good overview of the vehicle before even informing us to leave the parking lot. We all went for a short test drive and returned to the Facility. Less than two hours later we sealed a deal on a 2020 Rav 4 XLE. We were extremely impressed with the "no pressure" attitude of Michael and Jack. They not only explained everything in detail but worked to the very best deal we could all agree to. Their professional demeanor, respect for a returning customer and customer driven attitude while being extremely patient and positive was certainly a plus. Welcoming, straight-forward, helpful and honest I gave them a five star rating because of the entire experience. We went looking for a particular model, after being snubbed by a local dealer. Phillips Toyota had the model we were looking for, so we test drove the vehicle. We were happy with the auto, but wanted something with a few more options. So we asked the salesman, Ashley if they could pull the window sticker on another vehicle. This was in the middle of a rainstorm, about an hour before this dealership was to close. He pulled the window sticker and we talked about this. Throughout the experience, he showed us all about the vehicle, answered all our questions, was incredibly knowledgeable, and polite throughout the time we were together. The sales manager was very nice, and we reached an acceptable price for both parties. We decided to purchase the auto. The Finance department was very helpful, they informed us of a few discounts we could get, and got us a great interest rate. We were very, very happy with the experience. More

Burt Randall is such a good rep for Phillips; he made sure I had the smoothest, easiest car buying experience EVER! He went above and beyond to make sure that when I drove off the lot in my car I was 100 percent satisfied. On top of that, he knows his stuff; he's been in the business so long, I don't think anything phases him; he handles it all with a smile on his face. And Dennis J, who helped me with the financing and warranty portion is a 30-year experienced financial whiz. Plus his background in mechanics helped me understand the benefits of the warranty I was purchasing - he knows mechanically and financially how to make a smart decision. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and the people who work there. We will be purchasing our family's next vehicle from Phillips Toyota.
