Jimm From the moment we met Sales & Leasing Consultant Jimmy Hill at the front door of the Phillips Toyota Dealership, we knew we had picked a Winner! Jimmy's upbeat personality, knowledge, patience and honesty won us over. We took several weeks visiting a number of Dealership including Chevrolet, Honda, Hyundai, Subaru, and Lincoln before we made our buying decision. Jimmy kept in touch over those 2 weeks, answering questions and he did not pressure us to make a hasty decision. The 2 test drives and taking the Rav4 home over night, convinced us it was the right SUV for our needs. Once we decided on the 2019 Toyota Rav4 XL Premium, Jimmy and Mike, his Sales Manager made the perfect team in answering some final questions when comparing the Rav4 to a Honda CRV. We negotiated with Jimmy and Mike to get a fair Out the Door price. We appreciated some extras they also included in the deal i.e. wheel locks and all weather floor and carpet mats. The cost of the mud flaps and installation were also adjusted for us. The Phillips Family Plan was the "icing on the cake" in our deal. Dennis Jacinto also did a Great Job in the finance department. We have already been showing our beautiful new 2019 Toyota Rav4 XL Premium to our friends and neighbors here in The Villages, telling them about our experience, which should send more customers to Phillips Toyota! We recently leased a 2019 Avalon and the process of doing so had to be one of the most positive purchasing/leasing experiences we have ever gone through. We were warmly greeted by Jack Jackson upon arrival with a nice handshake. This is one of my personal barometers indicating the salesperson has engaged with me. We told him we were in a “looking” mode, trying to acquire details about several models. That did not deter his enthusiasm. one bit. Jack was most informative, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and comfortable “like an old shoe!!! I would like to add here that we came from a near-by dealership, very disheartened by the way we were treated. The contrast between the other dealership and Phillips was incredible! We then had the opportunity to meet with Mike Kuhn and exchange information…another great handshake!!! We enjoyed his sincerity regarding several options. From there we were introduced to Dennis Jacinto who made our massive paper signing easy and seamless. And guess what? ANOTHER great handshake!!!! I truly believe he just wanted us to us to buy the best vehicle for us!
