He cares about his customers from several perspectives- their needs, their financial situations, their education and knowledge about their car.. He is always available for questions and assistance long after the sale. He is respectful, responsive, and takes full responsibility for his work. He is open and honest, and explains complex issues clearly and simply. He knows his business from all angles very well. He is truly a good hearted person who is great at what he does. The dealership also has an excellent service department and the financial aspect of the sales process is always efficiently and competently handled by Tom Liddle. More
