I felt welcomed very nice to deal with. My car was literally unsafe to drive when I pulled in. I chose a car and was given a rental free of charge to get me thru until the next day. The car was completely ready for me the next day and I was handed my registration right there and they faxed all the information to my insurance company the day I got the car.
