I am absolutely thrilled that I went to Serramonte Ford for my new vehicle purchase. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and professional service that Michael "Seth" Banko gave me. His whole approach from a test drive, sit down for the price negotiation, and his overall knowledge of the beginning to finish process was so well presented that I am still in awe. There was not even a hint of sales pressure. If I simply said that I was not interested in a certain added feature or extended warranty package for example, that was it, we moved on. When he handed me the new vehicle book folder, he pointed to his card to me and said that he was my contact person with any question or issue I may have in the future at Serramonte Ford. That was very reassuring and showed his passion and interest in his work and the customers that he meets. Seth delivered the vehicle to me on time and gave me additional instructions and information at my home. After 27 years of not purchasing a new car, I could have never found a better dealership and sales person for my purchase. I have already told numerous family, friends, and neighbors about my wonderful experience !! Thank you so much for making this experience so positive !! The staff was pr I have had two extremely positive experiences with Serramonte Ford. First, the car leasing process was easy and customer friendly. The staff was professional and easy to deal with. A painful process was made very easy and customer friendly. Second, the staff has gone above and beyond numerous times to help me. When I returned my lease, I left items in my car. Seth helpfully called me, and then drove them to my neighborhood as a courtesy. And whenever I need something on my account, they are prompt with their communication and ready to help. I should also note that the Ford I leased performed like a champ and I was very impressed with the vehicle. Thank you Seth and the entire staff at Serramonte Ford. I came from China with little knowledge about everything in this new world. I got in touch with several dealers and their salesmen. Most of them pretent to be nice and talk so sweet, but the fact that they want you to close the deal so much expose their sole purpose behind their acting. Some of them are even worse, trying to trick me into paying way more money for something I don’t even need. Michael is different. He really cares what you need, and trying to help. It’s more like a friend accompanying you to a car shopping, Instead of a salesman playing all sorts of tricks talking you into buying. The price I got is not the idealest, but I trust Michael so I trust the product he sells. I left with a super nice car, and I’m so happy I made the right decision. More
