This dealership is wonderful! I set up a test drive online after closing time and the next morning received a phone call from Leah confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasan online after closing time and the next morning received a phone call from Leah confirming my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and was pleasantly greeted by Michelle Canova, the saleswoman helping me. We went over to her desk where she handed me the keys to the car I was going to test drive and told me I could take the car for a drive on my own and to let her know when i returned. When i got back Michelle was more then helpful with any questions I had about the vehicle. The negotiation process was hassle free and very timely with no sketchy sales tactics. I arranged for a time to take the car to my mechanic, Michelle was more than accommodating with my hectic schedule making this a very pleasant and easy car buying experience. I was treated with respect and my time was not at all wasted like at many other dealerships. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Michelle to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! Due to technicalities, financing was a rollercoaster, but at the end of the day, Leah, Heather, Michelle, Ralph, and Jim all teamed up and got me an AMAZING (truly) deal on my dream car! In 2 hours from arriving, I had a new car! Such a respectful, not "pushy" staff that earned my respect and business for years to come. This place is worth the drive!
