Flood Ford recently gave me an excellent deal - so good, in fact, that I left the dealership with which I had previously leased three vehicles in a row over a ten year period! At no point in the process did I feel uncomfortable or like they were taking advantage of me (which is much more than I can say about the previous dealership). I had been to lots of dealerships over the last few months searching for my dream car. Even though this was an hour away, I was happy to make the drive and they were able to call/text/email with anythi months searching for my dream car. Even though this was an hour away, I was happy to make the drive and they were able to call/text/email with anything else I needed leading up to the purchase. Everyone was super responsive and patient with my many questions. Even better, the car was on sale and the financing was great even though my credit isn't as good as it could be. The extra warranties are affordable and very comprehensive, and everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The only negative thing I experienced was realizing my license plate only had one screw on each of them, so make sure to check that before you leave! Overall I'm very happy and if it weren't far away I would go back for all my service there as well. More
