Tires rotation It took too long for a tires rotation. I had an appointment and was told it could take up to 1.5 hours for the service. I was waiting for close to 2.5 It took too long for a tires rotation. I had an appointment and was told it could take up to 1.5 hours for the service. I was waiting for close to 2.5 hours at the dealership instead. This place used to have a coffee machine that can dispense other beverages like hot chocolate, water, latte, expresso, comparing to the new nachine they just put in which only has 2-3 different types of coffee options. EG Toyota sevice has improved over the years. Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care abo Elk grove Toyota has improved over the years. I first began taking a truck there for service in 2013. The service manager seem not to really care about the quality of work. they were just worried about getting the cars in and out. I had some issues back then with messy services, soiled interior, oil spillage on the engine and onto my driveway. when addressed with the service manager he just had a don’t care attitude. The last few visits have been much improved the service writers and the staff are more professional courteous and appeared to have more concern for customer sayisfaction. However the shuttle driver was a little wacky and his jerky driving and taking the long route touring ElkGrove was quite entertaining. More
