I have purchased a LOT of vehicles in the 30+ years since I started driving. I have interacted with a LOT of dealerships throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Illinois and Indiana. This was, by far, the v I started driving. I have interacted with a LOT of dealerships throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Illinois and Indiana. This was, by far, the very best experience I've had, period. Tim, Matt and Mike did exactly what they said they would, the way they said they would. No back pedaling, no double talk, no switching things up just before the last paper was signed. I felt no pressure. I got straight answers to all questions. These gentlemen did an incredible job of making it an easy & smooth transaction while not making me feel like I was dealing with "used car salesman" - a refreshing change! Not only are they wonderfully helpful & professional, they are efficient - I've never spent less time on buying a car! They are also wonderfully human, able to laugh and joke making me feel comfortable, not like I had to "be on my best behavior." A feeling one doesn't encounter much in public places anymore, but I am always hoping to find! There is no doubt in my mind that this will be the first place I go when ready to buy again - everytime! I went to do a trade in from another dealership where they did not disclose the 2 wrecks it had been in.
