Best experience ever. I've been looking for months for the "right" vehicle and been though many dealers. I was between two. With our schedules it was hard to get to enough places on a Saturday. I thought the "right" vehicle and been though many dealers. I was between two. With our schedules it was hard to get to enough places on a Saturday. I thought Jerry Ward was out of the running when Mike called me on Friday (my wife's late day) and offered, if I would drive to look at the Rav 4, and liked it he would follow me back and get my wife signature on the documents. A 2.5 hour one way drive. We left at 3:00 arrived at 5:30, looked at the Rav 4, they drove my trade, and 15 minutes later we were signing papers. Mike did exactly what he said, came back to my hometown where we met my wife at 8:30pm to sign the papers. I AM SOOOOO glad I found them online. BEST DEALER EVER! BEST SALESMAN EVER! You are NOT going to find someone who would do this at least where I was looking before! I will look here first for the next vehicle! Thank you for awesome sales & service. More
