Advantage tried to take advantage of me I leased two Chevy Cruze's from Advantage Chevrolet, the 2014 Cruze Ls had 6 months left on the lease term and on the other , 2014 Cruze LT, 15 months I leased two Chevy Cruze's from Advantage Chevrolet, the 2014 Cruze Ls had 6 months left on the lease term and on the other , 2014 Cruze LT, 15 months. It was service time and I had both vehicles serviced, at the time of dropping the LS I was asked if I would be interested in the upgrade program, I agreed and talked to a sales man, he said there were some specials on the 2017 Cruze, Equinox and Trax, so I was only interested in the Cruze and Trax, after finding a Cruze and a Trax they gave me a monthly payment for the 2017 Cruze LT and ending my current lease on the 2014 Cruze LS , the monthly payment was almost twice of my current payment, which I said it was ridiculous, supposedly my current Cruze was going to be a wash as I owed very little but the new payment was based on $0 due at signing, so I said no, after a 30 minute negotiation the manager said the best they could do was $253 a month and I said no, he asked me how much was the best I could do and I said 215 a month, so he left and came back and said $253 was the lowest they could do, so I left and went home. Once at home I called Castle Chevrolet which is closer to my house and went there to see if they had a better deal, so I checked fora Trax LT AWD and a Cruze LT, the sales person took my info and came back with an monthly payment to lease the Trax for $299 to which I said no, after 10 minutes negotiating they said they will do for $249 a month so I told them the best I would do is $240 and this was accepted and now I am driving my 2017 Trax LT AWD and got a $100 coupon certificate to buy accessories. I am so glad with Castle because it is closer to home, they offer free oil and filter change for life and also free tires for life, free loaner, and much more. I am sure that Advantage Chevrolet would have probably asked $240 for the same vehicle. My next purchase or lease will be at Castle, they have earned my business and Advantage Chevrolet lost my business, no loyalty...what a shame. I won't recommend Advantage Chevrolet anymore. More

To Long, To Slow My son called ahead because of an ad for a lease with Advantage. Waited two hours, called in and told them we would be there in 30 minutes. They knew the car I wanted, the deal I expected and they had my information. We walked in and were told to sit down and just wait.. My son told them about the phone and internet conversations and said all we had to do was sign the paperwork and get out of there. Then they tried to switch the car and give me a lesser model. My son called for a manager, explained the whole thing and said we want the paperwork now. We have brought what we need to to their table, now they needed to get moving or lose the deal. Two and a half hours later I finally drove out of there in my leased car. And yes, it was the one I wanted for the price I wanted, but not without some insistance and pushing on our part. The staff acted like they had all day and they just did not care if we liked it our not. While there I talked with another couple who were trying to buy a car and they told me this was their third trip to Advantage and after about eight hours total they were finally getting their car. This is no way to run a business. You are not doing me a favor by selling me a car, I can buy one anywhere. I am doing your business a favor by buying from you and not the guy down the street. You folks at Advantage need to think about that for a minute. You have great Chevy cars and trucks, but you still need the customers. Start treating your customers with some respect and dignity. We did our advance work, we made sure we were approve ahead of time, we knew the offer we wanted. And even with the advertisement saying $129 a month for 36 months an no money down. I still shelled out $2000 cash and only got a 24 month lease. So the ad was wrong, they managers were wrong, the deal was not as it was stated, but I did want that car and so I took the shortcomings along with it. But I won't do that again. Advantage Chevrolet has seen my back. More

New Car Buying Made Worse Not a pleasant experience at all. Since I started with an Internet consultant, that made this the third person I was dealing with. The car I inquired about was not ready for viewing as promised by the Internet consultant, so the salesman had to go find it. Trade-in price was low-balled, and pricing offer was presented in a confusing manner. Lease option was provided even though I was previously asked and informed the salesman that I was purchasing, not leasing. Financing information was presented in a confusing manner and not the term I was looking for. Internet consultant had told me that they would beat anyone's price by 5%. That didn't happen, so I walked out without making a purchase. Buying a new car is not a pleasant experience to begin with, and this place only makes it worse. More

great and friendly people I learned Chris Kranjiak (Sales consultant) name from other new car review web site. I called Advantage Chevrolet and asked for him. Chris helped me I learned Chris Kranjiak (Sales consultant) name from other new car review web site. I called Advantage Chevrolet and asked for him. Chris helped me to order the van I needed and I was told it will take about 4 weeks. I think this is under estimate how long it will take to order a new van and deliver to dealer. After a months and half, I called Chris, Mike Armstrong (Sale Manager) and Mark Ott (Aftermarket Manager) to look for my van. I continue making call every few weeks. After review the order history which provided by Chris per my request, I finally understand that order a new van will take more than 2 months to deliver to dealer. I pickup my van after 3 months waiting time. My point is Chris is very helpful and control his temper while I cannot due to long wait . Mike and Mark also very helpful to link me up to Chris when I called them. I am very appreciate their help and understanding. They keep their professional standard very high. More
