Mike was not at all pushing or making us feel we were bothering him with our questions. We live 3 hrs away, and Mike was extremely helpful in calling us back with the inventory in our price range. Matt explained the car features to us and took us out to test drive it on Saturday. The paperwork did not take us long at all to sign during COVID-19. My sales person, Dustin Thoele, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their inventory and the different models of cars I was researching. He has a gift for knowing how to listen, care about his customers, and help them in the buying process. I never felt pressured or felt like they did not have time for my questions. Mike Belcourt, the sales manager, was also very gracious and helpful going the extra mile to work with me. He was by far the best sales manager I came in contact with over the four long days I was researching buying my new car. I visited over 15 dealerships in that time. Then, there is Nelson, the financial person, who made the purchasing part smooth and was also very caring. Last but not least is Donny, the general manager, whom I also got to meet and was very impressed with. You guys did an awesome job! Thank you and I love my new car! More

Hands down the best dealership experience we have ever had. Chey and Mike were extremely helpful and made the deal work for us, despite how tight it was due to the fact the vehicle was for our teenage da had. Went to a couple other dealerships and haggled them down to where we needed to be. First numbers Chey and Mike brought us was almost exactly where we needed to be, without the haggling, so it was obvious both were above board.
