I recently dealt with a new salesman for the first time, Terry Baughman. I was a little nervous dealing with someone new, and also upgrading from a fusion to a Lincoln. But I had no reason to be nervous. Terry was wonderful and made me very comfortable. I got a good deal and love the car. I went back a couple of days later to ask some questions and Terry was so nice and took the time to answer my questions and to download an app to my phone. Another salesman, Mike Cooney, also explained a lot of the features to me and was very helpful. I will definitely continue to go to klaben for my future vehicle purchases. More
