VIP, Red Carpett Service ! Bruce was fantastic. He came in on Sat., his day off, just for us ! We had done our home work, so he really didn`t have to "sell" us a car. Bruce s Bruce was fantastic. He came in on Sat., his day off, just for us ! We had done our home work, so he really didn`t have to "sell" us a car. Bruce showed us what we were looking for, and gave us a few options... While we were waiting for the financial part, I was starved, so offered to buy me a sandwich. I got an ice cream with nuts on it. We had a pleasurable visit. Bruce certainly RATES a 10...... We had all questions and concerns answered, and drove away happily in our new WRX. Thanks Bruce ( Mr. Cunningham ). More

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever! I used Edmunds and TRUECar to contact dealers to learn about availability, options and prices for various versions of the Outback, but Erik and Mike w I used Edmunds and TRUECar to contact dealers to learn about availability, options and prices for various versions of the Outback, but Erik and Mike were by far the responsive and helpful. This is my first Subaru and my first new car in 20 years, so I had a lot of questions! Mike and Eric responded promptly to my many queries over a period of 2 weeks, which allowed me to determine exactly which model and options I wanted before visiting the dealership. Mike had the car ready for me to look at as soon as we arrived, and the price negotiations and financing process couldn't have been smoother. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly, and never tried to sell me additional options or services I wasn't interested in. Once the paperwork was completed, Mike patiently went over all of the details of operating the car and its many integrated electronic features - a must for someone who has been driving a 1992 BMW with a cassette player for many years! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Elk Grove Subaru - excellent experience all-around. More
