I had the good fortune to send an internet inquiry and receive information from Bruce Cunningham. When I arrived I was so relieved to meet a professional business man who was well informed, customer service oriented and ethical. I test drove the preowned 2013 outback and asked many relevant questions to the vehicle performance. I then asked to drive a 2015 to compare the driveability and found the updated electronics, transmission, and performance exceeded the 2013. I felt compelled to purchase the 2015 with so much confidence because of the established trust relationship I developed with Bruce and the test drive results I experienced. We were able to reach a price I was comfrotable with and the transaction experience with Mike Carlson was easy. Mike is detailed oriented, accurate, professional and friendly. After having had bait-and-switch tactics tried on us several times at our local dealerships, I contacted Elk Grove Subaru via the internet. Mike Carlson is a great communicator who knows how to answer direct questions with direct answers. We settled on a price for a base model Outback, he did not try to up-sell us to a Premium (which all other dealerships had done) when we got to Sacto the car was ready and waiting, the price was as negotiated, no problems, no hassles, no drama. My wife and I have been looking at vehicles for 3 years, saving along the way. We also have been listening to the CarProUsa , with Jerry Reynolds who guided us to the "right" dealer. We listened to his reviews of the Subaru and knew we couldn't go wrong, plus he sent us to Elk Grove Subaru where we enjoyed a great deal and great service on our visit. Mike Carlson, Internet Sales and Pam Verduzco Internet Sales Manager helped us to reach our goal , along with the help Dave Lang the General Sales Manager. We had all the details worked out before we arrived. No fuss, no messing around, straight talk. A couple of hours of paper work, a test drive and a lot of personal information on the vehicle and we were on our way home. My wife's smile is still ear to ear, which makes me smile a lot too. I am confident in our vehicle and wife's safety in the Sierra Nevada mountains, and that means everything to me. Thanks guys, great job! More

I initially placed an order I have been working with Mike Carlson, the internet sales manager, on ordering a 2016 WRX for the last couple of months. I initially placed an order for a premium model, and later wanted to change to a limited model. Mike was able to switch my order with no hassle and provided constant communication on my order status. The car even ended up arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected, and he fast tracked the detail process so I could pick up my car within a few hours of it arriving. There were no surprises on the quoted price, options selected, or anything else. Great communication, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through the whole process. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will recommend Mike and the team at Lasher's to others. More

Mike Carlson assisted us in finding the Outback having color & features we wanted. He answered my many questions clearly & with infinite patience & good humor. It took about 2 hours to complete all paperwork, have a tutorial of features, etc. He even showed us how to interface our cell phone with the car's Blue Tooth. All went smoothly. Brandon Vaughn, finance, covered all the additional options available for purchase without making us feel pressured to get any more than we wanted. Very much appreciate that. Only suggestion is to have the options available for review before we went to pick up the car. We possibly would have chosen to purchase some if we had time to research the advantages. More
