Bruce helped us test drive and tour the 2015 Foresters in less than 45 minutes, and was totally fine with us dropping everything and running off when both girls started crying at the same time. A week later Mike told me the prices of the Foresters over the phone, discounts included, and set me up with an appointment to come in and purchase. I got there at 10:08, left with my new Forester at 11:55, at a price that TrueCar says is a good deal. It was the exact experience we were looking for. More

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Elk Grove Subaru. I was given a great price on a 2015 Forester from one of the online sales managers, Mike Carlson and Pam Verduzco answered all my questions and the test drive. I never felt pressured and they were completely professional the entire time. The finance manager, Mike Lagandaon, made the financing part smooth and painless. I would, and have recommended, Elk Grove Subaru to all my friends. It was by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Thanks!!!! More

Quick and courteous As every car buyer, research is the key. I spent two weeks looking for a deal on a 2015 Subaru WRX. I searched dealer inventory from Redding, CA all the way to Valencia, CA and east as far as Reno, NV. I live in the SF Bay Area, just for reference. Finally, I stumbled on a deal from another dealer. Talked to every dealer to see if they can beat it and ding-ding, Elk Grove Subaru comes and saves the day. I interfaced with Mike Carlson over the internet. We exchanged expectations and sure enough, I was on my way to Elk Grove Subaru. I was greeted by Bruce Cunningham, swell gentleman. We talked over what the deal was between Mike and I, test drove the car, signed some paperwork with Mike Lagandaon and I was off! Bruce even helped me return the rental car I took to get to the dealership. Overall, very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. If you want the best price put forth by the best people, look at Elk Grove Subaru. These guys will take care of you, no hassle at all. More

Got a brand new car for about the same payment! This was my second time working with Lasher Subaru. The first was in August 2012 when, after filing bankruptcy, no one would give me a car loan! Zach Hall and the special financing department worked to get me a 2013 Forester with a payment I could handle. And the process was the most simple car buying experience I could ever ask for- virtually no pressure. After rebuilding my credit, I was looking to get a lower interest rate and possibly trade in for a more upgraded model. Working with Mike Carlson, I was able to trade in my 2013 base model for a 2015 upgraded model for almost the same price and a dramatically lower interest rate. And again- easiest car buying experience ever. I don't think I'll ever buy a car anywhere else!! More
