I have to say, I had the utmost superb experience here. This was by far one of the smoothest and easy going purchases I’ve made. Mike Carlson was the Salesman who helped me with the purchase of my 2022 Subaru Impreza Sport. He was an honest and easy going man to speak with. Explained everything about the vehicle to me, I did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle which made it even better, like I was an actual customer. Once I was at Elk Grover Subaru to sign the papers, Mike explained all the ins and outs of the Subaru to me, helped me understand what I could do with all of the exciting new features. I loved my experience and most of it was through the phone and online! They even held the vehicle for me for a few extra days so I could purchase it as I was still on vacation. They’re military friendly and made me feel extremely welcomed. I went in with the intentions of already purchasing the Subaru but the altogether welcoming staff made it 100% much easier! Great job to Elk Grove Subaru Staff! I’d recommend and will be recommending Elk Grove Subaru to all friends and family. More
