This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership. All of my past car purchases have been through private individual sellers, leases, and hand me downs. I have been spoiled with how my easy and flawless my first car buying experience was. I feel very fortunate to have met Mike Carlson who gave us an awesome MSRP on a new 2022 crosstrek. He did not mark up any pricing to match the current inflation and car market and was a very honest person. He gave us the best deal on the market and walked us through everything. He answered all the questions that we had. He made the whole process very efficient. We were driving from East Bay and he was so patient through our ETA going up with the after-hours traffic. He let us test drive the car around the block and made the paperwork of everything very easy and fast. He stayed with us till past closing and locked up around 9:30pm. He was one of the kindest, most honest car salesman I've ever met. I will say the finance guy was very pushy on the extended warranty which I was not super happy with. More

Wow what a pleasant way to get a new car! Many thanks to Mike Carlson for being right there at the beginning to help me through the process. Of course he is very knowledgable about the model I wanted, but h Mike Carlson for being right there at the beginning to help me through the process. Of course he is very knowledgable about the model I wanted, but he also patiently answered my many and varied questions. To top it off Mike's clear and straight forward approach mixed with his easygoing manner actually made it a fun experience! My only regret is that Subaru did not magically have "my car" in the lot so Mike sent my order in. He's been keeping me up on it's progress. The nice part is I'll get to work with Mike again while I wait for delivery😊 More

Both staff, Mike Carlson and Jeremy Remillard, are veteran employees of this car dealership - their bonhomie and effectiveness are assets to this dealership, and reflect creditably on the organisation's senior management who have evidently nurtured such employee relationships through enviable management practices. I just bought a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness recently for myself and I'm very excited about it. I appreciated him from the time he spent over the phone with me, he's very detailed and knowledgeable about the car that fits my needs. I had very little expectation of walking out with a new one that day, but Mike and his finance team, Dave exceeded my expectations as they made the process easy and convenient for my budget.
