I had a wonderful experience at Elk Grove Subaru! It was my first experience buying from a dealership and I never felt pushed or rushed the entire process! Mike was very helpful and informative and very fri my first experience buying from a dealership and I never felt pushed or rushed the entire process! Mike was very helpful and informative and very friendly! He answered all my questions (and there were many) and was patience throughout the process. I felt welcome and surprisingly not stressed the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better first time buyers experience. I would recommend Elk Grove to anyone in the future. David in the finance department was also very friendly and even gave us snack bars as we were there for a few hours and I was itching for a snack while we were finishing paperwork. He was wonderful as well! Overall highly recommend. More

Marissa was absolutely amazing! We’ve been in contact with her for over a month and held our hand the entire way... without being pushy.
