Even though we live in Chattanooga, we found Toyota of Cleveland's website to be the most resourceful and user-friendly. We found a car we were interested in and decided to come check it out. After a few minutes on the lot, Cindy came to help us and was so nice and friendly. Even more importantly, though, she asked us what our price range was and worked with us quickly to find available options so that we didn't fall in love with something that wasn't in our range. Furthermore, she Cindy was great about giving my husband and I time and space to talk and make decisions without feeling pressured which is very important to the both of us since my husband sold cars for years. We test drove two cars and when I asked Cindy her honest opinion about the car she would choose, she gave me just that. She was very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand and was able to help us make an informed decision for our family. Furthermore, when we finally got to talking numbers, Cindy and Phillip were very open, honest, and transparent about the buying process and worked as hard as they could to get our payment into the range we wanted. While we waited for the banks, Cindy checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. We walked away from the dealership feeling confident in our purchase and my husband will be returning next week to get two minor things taken care of since there wasn't a staff person on site who was able to assist us. I cannot say enough good things about Toyota of Cleveland, specifically about Cindy and Phillip who made this experience effortless for us. When were were leaving, Mike met us with a handshake and a handmade candle which just sweetened the deal even more for us. More

He did not try to pressure us into anything other than what we had requested. When we made our decision, the finance process was just as stress free. Alfred,the finance manager, was not pushy in trying to up sell certain add on's, he did explain everything in great detail. We left with our new 2018 4Runner and was VERY pleased with the trade-in for our 2008 Camry and the final price of the new vehicle. Justin, Mike, and the General Manager Monte were also involved in the stress free process. We will recommend this dealership to any one looking to have a great car buying experience. More

My salesperson, Stockton Coffey, was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire "shopping phase" of it all. I highly recommend him! However, he happened to be off the day I went in to negotiate the actual purchase so his partner Justice Hall helped me as well as their sales manager, Mike Covington. They were both incredibly helpful also. And, the finance manager, Tyler Ratledge, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Finally, another gentleman by the name of Preston White gave me the official orientation to my new vehicle and helped me set up the electronics and connect my cell phone, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with all five of the mentioned associates and never felt like they were being "pushy" nor trying to coerce me into purchasing one of their vehicles. On top of the wonderful sales staff, their prices are very competitive and they have some great incentives as well. Veterans and active military are also honored and appreciated there. Toyota of Cleveland was recommended to me by a colleague who has purchased 3 different vehicles there. She also raved about them. I look forward to seeing what their service department is like when I get around to taking my new vehicle in for its first service appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.
