i bought a used car one day and it broke down the next day. i bought a one owner used car, they told me what a good car this was and it broke down the next day. they would not fix it or even give me a discount i bought a one owner used car, they told me what a good car this was and it broke down the next day. they would not fix it or even give me a discount on fixing it. they did suggest i trade it back in and they would give me half the value of what i paid. so i would lose $4000 over night on a car i never got to drive. the tork converter had gone out in the car and i just paid $2500 at another shop to get it fixed. i would never go to Toyota or suggest anyone else to go there. they do not help you after they get your money. i own a business and buy several cars a year, dodge has been a great place for me to buy and the always follow up and fix any problems i have. i would suggest anyone who wants good service to go to Dodge of Cleveland. More

They were the first and only dealership we visited to buy our new Avalon. Why did this happen? We met and dealt with an outstanding salesman, Tommy Strickland. We spent a lot of time with Justin, the sales manager. We were able to negotiate a deal with him with which we were very satisfied. In addition, Mike, the finance man, was congenial, pleasant and helpful. This dealership has some outstanding people in our opinion. I will recommend them to our friends and family.
