Although I did not go with my husband to look for a different vehicle, but he did know that a Subaru Outback was #1 on my list. When he stopped in to Chattanooga Subaru, he told me he had spoke with a different vehicle, but he did know that a Subaru Outback was #1 on my list. When he stopped in to Chattanooga Subaru, he told me he had spoke with a salesman named Callaway Coving. After a few days of conversation’s between my husband & Callaway, I learned that my -#1 choice for an Outback was a deal. I did not meet Callaway until he personally delivered the car to our residence. He was very through in explaining all the paperwork that had to be signed. Then he was very helpful in going over all the many details that the Outback offered. We honestly didn't plan on purchasing a car that evening, but he made the process so smooth that we felt very comfortable that we didn't need to shop around. Crystal did a great job explaining extended warranties, the benefit of prepaying for routine service and getting us set up on financing.
