Scheduled pickup of 70k vehicle was 3 hours as potential buyers become their sales team priority. I don’t feel good about my Jerry Ulm experience. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Well to began with, the new dealership is absolutely awesome. I bought my other Ram there 5 years ago and went in to see what kind of deals they could make me. I originally made a phone call and talked awesome. I bought my other Ram there 5 years ago and went in to see what kind of deals they could make me. I originally made a phone call and talked to Adrian. Once I got there Adrian was helping another customer so Andrew already had all the information from Adrian and dove right in. There was a certain place that I wanted to be with payments. So after deliberating Andrew went and talked to the manager Mike and at that point Mike came to the table with Andrew. I have to say between Mike and Andrew they made it happen and got me the payment that I was looking for. Hats off to the whole crew, Andrew you are a professional in every way. Being a former GM of multi collision centers.... I would hire you at any point and consider it a privilege to have you work with me. You have a keeper there guys, make sure that he has taken care of like he took care of me!! Andrews professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle and explanation about everything with it was way more than I could have even asked for. I cannot remember the gentleman in finance but he was Rock solid. Showed me all the options and extras and did not push but advised. I know it's his job is to sell as much as he can in finance but he did not go overboard and that was much appreciated. Again thanks to the whole team you all are winners in my book. More
