My last visit was no exception. My vehicle was quickly diagnosed, the necessary repairs were explained to me thoroughly as I'm not particularly mechanically inclined, and options were given as to how to proceed from that point. I never felt pressured, or overly concerned with indecipherable shop talk, and once the repairs were complete the car drove without any issues. Will be going back there whenever needed. More

SO pleased with our new Q50!!! Steve made the buying experience, which can be long and tedious, enjoyable. He was very patient with us as we test drove many vehicles and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always professional and courteous. Jake and Garrett did a great job walking us through the financial aspect of the purchase experience. Jalin was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of the many, many features of the car and offered his assistance if we needed any further explanations or assistance with accessorizing the car. Came for an oil change, left with a spotless car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to have the oil changed. Not only were they prompt with their service, but they also did a complimentary car wash. In my experience free car washes are garbage. But when they were done my vehicle it looked spotless, like it was brand new! All around it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. More
