Excellent This dealership is one of the best (if not the best) I have ever dealt with. I usually never write these but from sales staff to service to management This dealership is one of the best (if not the best) I have ever dealt with. I usually never write these but from sales staff to service to management to accessories, everyone here goes above and beyond to make you happy. I have purchased 2 cars/servicing both here for the last 5 years. I absolutely have no complaints. Joe Belmonte and Andres Cordero in particular have put significant time helping me out picking the right car, getting the best rate, awesome upgrades, etc. If you want an Infiniti...this is where you go! More

They have the very best people in all departments within the dealership. They are friendly, polite, knowledgeble, and there to help at all times. Everybody there is a pleasure to deal with. I work with Garrett Soderlund particularly in Sales, he has been a tremendous help and has even become a good friend. More

Mike Harlow has been someone we have worked with for many years. He is professional, knowledgeable about Infiniti products, willing to pursue problems or concerns we have had over the years, concerned the d years. He is professional, knowledgeable about Infiniti products, willing to pursue problems or concerns we have had over the years, concerned the department is always doing its best for a customer.. My husband and I both feel the service department at Clarendon Hills has continued the great service experience we had at Infiniti of Lisle when it was open. The quality car is very important and we have had minimal problems with any of our Infinitis. However, as important is the service department that solves any issues or provides excellant service in one visit. Your employees are incredibly honest, having found cameras, money, etc as they cleaned the inside of our car. We appreciate the loaner cars also. Mike continues to set the bar high for service and it trickles down to the technicians doing a great job and includes the very comfortable waiting area. More

Stopped by unannounced for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it might take an hour and a half. My car was done in a little over an hour and it was washed too! rotation. I relocated my Infiniti M35x from NJ about 6 months ago. Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is the closest to where I live, and it came highly recommended by my neighbor. I have worked with Mike and Fred (Service Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is the closest to where I live, and it came highly recommended by my neighbor. I have worked with Mike and Fred (Service Advisors) and would rate their service a 12, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. Both treat me like I purchases my car at their dealership. I trust their advise on anything that needs to be fixed. On a recent visit, I was convinced that I needed new brakes. Mike told me to wait since I have more time on the brake pads. I have never been to any dealership where they advised against work. I trust these guys. The entire staff at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills offers help. I'm sure to buy my next car there. More

This is the BEST service department I have encountered in over 30 years. Lexus, BMW, Jaguar, Cadillac have nothing over this dealership. This is how everyone should be treated. More
