From there, we never once felt any pressure throughout the process. Discussed what we were interested in and Mike got to work. Very responsive to text/phone calls and is willing to put in the time and effort finding exactly what you want. Once we secured the vehicle, the buying process couldn’t have been faster or smoother. Mike answered all questions and was able to make sure we were comfortable each step of the way. He showed me all the features of my new vehicle and took additional time to answer questions I had over the next few days while getting used to everything. Mike Lipke was an excellent source of information and was always friendly. I contacted two other Kia dealerships, where they were unresponsive or arrogant, and at the end of the day, didn’t want to sell me always friendly. I was very frustrated and reached out to a former classmate, who used to work at Luther Kia and she referred me to Mike.
