It took over three weeks to receive the new passenger mirror that was broken. Once the mirror was painted and ready the service department attached it to the car in about thirty minutes. Manufacturers recommend service. When checking in I ask for a quote on the rear brakes. They only list a base price with no maximum. Would like to know what the cost within about 10%. After paying the bill I looked to see if the quote was included, it was not. Not only was there no quote, there was no inspection sheet. The inspection sheet used to be attached to the invoice. Have been taking this Santa Fe, and prior Santa Fe, to dealer for all manufacturers recommend maintenance. Not sure what the problem was they did not quote brakes. Very disappointed. More
