The salesman (Mark Ott) and Mike in the service center resolved all the issues I found with the pre=certified car. I found these issues upon quickly examining the the car. These problems should have bee resolved all the issues I found with the pre=certified car. I found these issues upon quickly examining the the car. These problems should have been found when the car was pre-certified. The front tires were worn , one wiper blade rubber insert was detaching and .all the tires were missing valve stem caps. I hope that these were the only items that were missed in the pre-certification exam. More
