I had Mike Major. He was good to work with. Still though, they had to replace the engine they just had replaced the week before. Leaving me without my car almost a whole month. The first time I wasn't given they had to replace the engine they just had replaced the week before. Leaving me without my car almost a whole month. The first time I wasn't given a loaner. When I got my car back the second time, I noticed new scratch marks and scuffs all around the front of my car. Also I had to call them to see what was going on with my car. I rarely got updates from them. Happy my car runs, but don't like the scuffs. More

Everyone was very helpful and the work on my car was done quickly. The work is top notch and I was given a loaner car while the work was being done which is super convenient. I came into the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and 34 point inspection. The service department informed me that I severely needed brake pads and rotors. They said the rotors were rusted, rotation, and 34 point inspection. The service department informed me that I severely needed brake pads and rotors. They said the rotors were rusted, had a hole and it would cost $800. Of course I declined and went immediately after to get my brakes done by another service provider. It turns out the service department lied to me! The rotors weren’t damaged at all and did not need to be replaced and to top it all off there was no brake fluid in my car! Safe to say I won’t be returning here. And I never received the details of my 34 point inspection. I really wish I knew the exact person that worked on my car so I could make this review more specific but since my call was never returned from the service dept to resolve my issues the entire team is responsible. More
