If you leave messages usually you can get a phone call lback. Honestly there were a couple Times i was l left hanging. Received my warranty engine replacement and can breathe again. Although the steps to getting the new engine were necessary for claims purposes, the anxiety was high. Service department mgr Mike was exceptionally professtional and mindful of my senior years and the heat was very intense when my air conditioning went out in my vehicle. The newly employed technician was very kind but of course still new. The technician who had phoned me to inform me parts were in eventually took over my car and as Mgr Mike had initiated at the onset expedited my repair so i was able to ride in comfort within a few days. I’m aware of shorrtages in staff and parts and very appreciative of the timely services i received. Thank all of the servicemen involved. More

Efficient service and friendly people. . Very comfortable waiting area. Very hard to get someone in service when you call. Many times you are told to call back and not even allowed to leave . This could be very serious if you have an emergency. Must make appointments six months in advance. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE. More
