Very poor customer service. Over 30 days before returning call. Agents acted like non professional once confronted to ask about an update. My car was in the shop for almost 3 months needing a New engine and starter under warranty. They did not offer me a courtesy car and I was without a vehicle for almost 3 months!! I was Also told it would o engine and starter under warranty. They did not offer me a courtesy car and I was without a vehicle for almost 3 months!! I was Also told it would only take a couple weeks and it was a couple months for my vehicle to be fixed. I also received no updates or calls from them and it was impossible to get a hold of the service department for updates. After I finally received my vehicle back, the next day my check engine light turned on again and I still have been unable to reach them again to schedule an appointment. I have Left several voicemails with no calls back. I will never voluntarily go to this Hyundai again, unless absolutely necessary. My check engine light is still on and still need to get it looked at but can’t seem to get a phone call back and no one answers the phone. More
