I had an appointment, but had to wait several minutes to speak to an associate when I arrived. This was my first service with my new Hyundai. I void the service deal if I go anywhere else. The seating was uncomfortable, the TV was loud, you couldn't get very far away from it. They say there is gourmet coffee but it's only Folger's drip, and no one replenished it when it was out. They advertise snacks but there is only a vending machine. No one updated me on my car's status and I was there 3 hours. Compared to the Continental Toyota in Hodgkins that I am used to, I didn't like this. More
