I had to make an unplanned visit to the dealership to address a tire pressure issue I was experiencing. I called and spoke to someone in the Service department and they said to come on in. It was a good address a tire pressure issue I was experiencing. I called and spoke to someone in the Service department and they said to come on in. It was a good thing that I went right in. The tire had a nail right near the sidewall that could not be repaired. They replaced the tire and I was on my way. I am very impressed by the Service team and Mike. More

I came in today (3/17/21) to have a new tire installed and a new window washer bottle installed. I was treated with respect and had a very satisfying experience. I left my "Yetti" coffee mug in the waiting room and Mike Majors went the extra mile to retrieve it and put it aside so I could come back and get it. More

As a WOMAN, my suggestion to you is don't deal with this car dealer. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had a follow up appointment to fix a scratch (for which I paid a warranty for) and wh car dealer. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and had a follow up appointment to fix a scratch (for which I paid a warranty for) and when my son brought the car for a follow up appointment was told a) there wasn't an appointment (fyi- have the text to prove it) and b) leave as the paint person wasn't there. When I called the Service Manager Mike Majors and was upset about this disservice - and used the term "it was bxxxshxt". I was told as a WOMAN that I should not swear and that Mike's wife and daughter don't speak that way. So, it's funny how as a WOMAN, I bought and paid for the car but as a WOMAN I am not allowed to swear or complain about bad service. This apparently must be reserved only for MEN at Family Huyndai. It is 2021- I should not have to get a lecture from a misogynist service director. So, I highly suggest NOT buying or using this dealership if you are a WOMAN and want to be respected. Also, one more thing, I was told my Mike "to calm down and calm back when I was calm" like it was a 1950's ..... More
