Jim butler is the worst DEALERSHIP that i have ever experience in my 73 years of life nothing but lies and B.S. on WARRANTY WORK if they can't fix the PROBLEM or know how THEY DENY THE WARRANTY so experience in my 73 years of life nothing but lies and B.S. on WARRANTY WORK if they can't fix the PROBLEM or know how THEY DENY THE WARRANTY so they don't have to fix the problem because the TECH'S or MORON'S never again will i PURCHASE anything from them again!! More

I’ve had many visits here over the years and everything’s always went fine except for this time. Communication was extremely poor and inconvenient. Made an appointment. Was told that they would need it for at least two days just to give it a diagnostic. I was not made aware of this prior to also, it turns out basically they were just running behind. I asked about a rental car to reply was they could put me on a waitlist. That didn’t do me any good at the moment. So I had to try to scramble to find transportation. I don’t understand why they could’ve just been upfront and said we’re running behind. Can you bring it in tomorrow? Not to mention they worked on part of my exhaust and now all of a sudden I have an oil leak right above where they did the work, but of course I can’t prove anything happened, but it’s a huge coincidence to me. More

I only bring my car here since purchasing it, and they lost one of my lug nuts, I came in for an oil change and asked if they can replace it & wanted me to charge it and then wanted to try to make it bett lost one of my lug nuts, I came in for an oil change and asked if they can replace it & wanted me to charge it and then wanted to try to make it better by saying “we don’t feel right letting you leave without one” when i’ve left without it before.. they never offered it last time it was in. then wanted to charge me $30 but then said they discounted it to $12, which I did not feel like I should have paid anything. I asked them to remove the lug nut, then they ended up stripping the screw and having to replace that as well. More
