Everyone at this dealership was great, starting with our salesman, Ronnie. He was professional, he fully understood his product, in our case a Rav 4, he could explain every feature and answer every question salesman, Ronnie. He found exactly the vehicle I wanted and kept me informed while I waited for delivery. Taking delivery was smooth and I’m very happy that the dealership is so near to my home for service. Falmouth Toyota is a great no pressure place to buy a car. We actually went there to look at a used Highlander but after looking at the new Highlanders we switched gears and bought a brand new Highlander car. We actually went there to look at a used Highlander but after looking at the new Highlanders we switched gears and bought a brand new Highlander. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesperson Robert Bonneau. Everything was well organized and a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle. Also Sam did a great job of showing my wife and I how to set up and use the cars functions. Had the car for two weeks and it is a great ride, especially with our two large golden retrievers in the back seat. They love the extra space in the rear. More
