This is our fourth vehicle purchase from Walker Ford, the second purchase within the past 2 years. We moved back to Pinellas County in 2017 and started to have our Ford vehicles serviced by the closest second purchase within the past 2 years. We moved back to Pinellas County in 2017 and started to have our Ford vehicles serviced by the closest Ford Dealership, out of convenience. After a few visits to the closest dealership, with an extremely disappointing service experience, we decided to drive an additional 25 minutes to Walker Ford, where we've had outstanding service with Mike Murray since. In May of 2021, Mike Murray remembered that we had discussed trading our F150 in for a hybrid pickup truck, which resulted in our working with Jake Halterman to trade in the F150 for a 2021 Edge Hybrid, the experience was so flawless and painless, so we placed an order that September for a 2022 First Edition Maverick Hybrid with Jake. We were quickly introduced to Allison Attuil who assisted with the "fine tuning" of the order process, deciding what would come with our order and which customizations made sense ordering from the factory verses the dealership on vehicle delivery. Allison kept us informed on vehicle build progress each step of the way, always answering our questions along the way. A year and a month later, after delays in the build process due to supply issues beyond Ford's control, we were notified by Tracy Affrunti that our vehicle was on the way and the dealership wanted to streamline our experience with regard to tag, title, financing, etc, She connected us with Tim Katt who answered all of our questions by phone and internet and worked to get us the best financing available. On delivery day, we were reconnected with Jake, who took us through the delivery process and there were no surprises. Financing was as it was explained to us, vehicle pricing was exactly what we had discussed over a year prior during vehicle ordering, all of the dealer customizations were completed the day the vehicle was delivered, and the process well exceeded our expectations. We will continue to drive past the competitor's Ford Dealership for service and our future purchase needs because we have been treated and respected like family by every employee and every department we've worked with at Walker Ford. More

Had an appointment at 10 am, waited for HOURS and didn’t even get an update for 3.5 hours waiting in the waiting room (when I was asking for an update at reception my mechanic was at lunch for over an hour even get an update for 3.5 hours waiting in the waiting room (when I was asking for an update at reception my mechanic was at lunch for over an hour while I sat waiting on him). Just to be told it will cost a THOUSAND dollars to fix the Bluetooth in my car. Then I got charged $200.00 just to have my car radio looked at, wait 3.5 hours, and leave with the exact same issues as I walked in. The single biggest waste of time and money I’ve ever experienced in my life. I felt scammed after leaving, if I could give negative stars I would. More
