I brought my 4 day old (used-CPO) Outback that I got from another dealer 200 miles away. The service writer was fantastic! He was thoughtful , empathetic, and truly wanted to help me. After I purchased my car and 2019, I visited three different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the different dealers trying to find a good service center. I finally ended up at Subaru Of Jacksonville and Mike in the service department. Mike is the primary reason I’m still driving this car and I drive an hour to get it serviced. As far as I’m concerned, Mike is Subaru Of Jacksonville. He takes care of me and he takes care of my car. It’s as simple as that. Hard to find that these days. More
