BMW of Westlake is simply the BEST! Wow! That is how I would summarize my experience in one word. On a whim my Wife and I stopped by BMW of Westlake looking for a very specific car: 20 Wow! That is how I would summarize my experience in one word. On a whim my Wife and I stopped by BMW of Westlake looking for a very specific car: 2015 435I Xdrive all black. Howard Schneider met us shortly after we entered with a big smile and asked us how he can help. We mentioned this specific car and immediately Howard offered us a seat, coffee, and his ear. After describing what we wanted Howard combed the country for exactly the car we wanted and found it literally on the docks un touched and ready to be delivered within 2 days. Devine intervention? Perhaps. Awesome customer service and passion for BMW? You betcha! Oh by the way, this was Howards day off and he was there to help us. Once the car arrived Howard spent hours going over every facet of this beautiful machine. Most sales folks are interested in getting you in the car and out the door as soon as possible but not Howard. He LOVES BMWs and knows everything about them. I was literally floored by his knowledge, passion for BMW, and patience with my rookie questions. I left BMW not only with a gorgeous amazing machine, but also with a ton of new knowledge all thanks to Howard. We love that the dealership is just down the street from us which will be very convenient for popping in for our routine maintenance visits. Our salesman, Scott Miller, was great to work with. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We were truly surprised to learn he was new to the business! Scott helped us find the vehicle that fit our specifications and was very good at helping to convince us that we should choose the BMW over other comparable vehicles we were considering in our search. We also appreciated that the sale "pitch" was informative, but not high pressure. We are thrilled to be a member of the BMW family! More
