Before letting me test drive the car, John drove the car while I sat in the passenger seat to show me how the car performed. We went to an open parking lot and performed several quick and/or sudden maneuvers to show off the car's handling and performance. Based on what John showed me while he was driving the car, I was already sold on the car without driving it myself. This was the first time that I had test-driven a car where the sales rep said before you drive it let me show you what it can do. I though it was odd at first, but after experiencing how much of it a difference it made by the time he let me drive it, I really appreciated and could tell what an enthusiast he was of BMW's product. I felt that John and the rest of the BMW Westlake team were very aggressive in their pricing and finding the lowest APR that was out there. This is my first BMW, but my 6th car overall and was the best test driving and buying experience that I have had. More

Technically savvy yet totally comprehensible. He loves cars and especially BMW's. He is credible but never overbearing. Trustworthy but never cloying. Perhaps the most noteworthy characteristic about working with Howard is .his enthusiasm for BMW and his profession. BMW's are complex machines. It's easy to get overwhelmed. Howard is so knowledgeable and a great teacher. He also is an insightful man. I think he can read between the lines and figured out what I was looking for before I did. His suggestions, listening skills, product knowledge, and overall demeanor made what is usually an experience right next to going to the dentist a truly enjoyable experience. I am really satisfied with my new BMW and thoroughly enjoyed working with Howard. . More
