Truly feels like family! This is the third car we purchased from the VIP Auto Group, the first two were from Fiat of Westbury and this one from Westbury Jeep and we could not This is the third car we purchased from the VIP Auto Group, the first two were from Fiat of Westbury and this one from Westbury Jeep and we could not be happier with our experience. Of course we said that 5 years ago and again 2 1/2 years ago with our first and second purchase, but every time we go there, we feel more and more like family instead of a customer. This time our good experience continued with Ed Hyne as our salesman and Michael Quattalaro as the business manager. They worked together to make our trade-in, financing and the delivery of our new vehicle seamless. You will see in the showroom and on their website “We will satisfy you”, this is not just a slogan or motto, I believe it is their Mantra. Next time we are there, and there will be a next time, we are convinced that will be our happiest experience, at least until our next time. More

Terrible mistake coming here I traveled almost two hours to come check out some Dodge SRT products. Me and my friend went right to the Dodge product we wanted to see, took some pi I traveled almost two hours to come check out some Dodge SRT products. Me and my friend went right to the Dodge product we wanted to see, took some pictures, and checked out some other ones. You'd think while two people are checking out 45k cars, someone would at least come up to you and greet you, not once did we get greeted. Not even one of the many employees standing around (it wasn't busy at all) come around and say hi or ask if they can help in anyway. After asking an employee for assistance, we went up to reception after no one came (about 15 minutes). The woman takes our name and our reason for asking about help, then 30 minutes later, still nothing. We got back up ( i was interested in buying a 55k car, i lost all interest at that point). Finally after sitting down with someone to talk finance, he says let me get my manager. The manager comes 5 minutes later, i ask him the same question and then HE says let me get my manager. At this point I got up and walked after driving 2 hours from CT (through rush hour traffic in Bronx). The employees are completely rude and clueless and couldn't care less about sales. Just a pathetic dealership that lost a sale. More

Although a new car is usually exciting, it was bitter sweet bc of the severity of the accident and the stress that comes with it. Having to purchase a new car after a bad accident isn't the same experience you would think. However, the staff at Westbury Jeep were AMAZING!! Especially Alex, mike and Matt. Alex in particular. She was so sweet and helpful from the moment I met her. She bad the experience so comfortable and amazing and was totally compassionate about what I had been through and why I was there in the first place. She was so thorough in making sure I was comfortable and happy and satisfied. I am so grateful to her and the rest of the staff at Westbury jeep! More
