Knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to deal with I originally visited Clinton Honda looking to buy a used Honda Accord and I thought I had it picked out. Rachel was the sales associate who met me at I originally visited Clinton Honda looking to buy a used Honda Accord and I thought I had it picked out. Rachel was the sales associate who met me at the door. She could have not been a better sales associate during this process. During the course of the first test drive in the Honda, which I thought I would be leaving with, Rachel was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was able to explain every little detail about the vehicle that my wife and I had. I ultimately did not enjoy the ride of the Honda and opted not to purchase it. My eye, however, was captured by a used Acura ILX that was sitting on the showroom floor with extremely low mileage. This is when Rachel's patient really showed in the process. She could have easily became frustrated with my want to test drive the Acura, since it was on the showroom floor and needed to be removed. This was certainly not the case! Rachel was happy to pull the vehicle off the floor and take me for another test drive. During this extended test drive, I fell in love with the Acura. Rachel was able to facilitate a great offer to trade in my vehicle and purchase the new (to me) Acura. During the paperwork portion of the buying process, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ajay. Ajay made the process quick and painless. While being quick, Ajay also fully explained all of the paperwork and I left with no questions. The entire process was absolutely amazing and Clinton Honda showed their professionalism throughout. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends. It would be an easy decision to return to Clinton Honda for future purchases! More

From the beginning discussions with Mike, through Stephen's attention to detail and professionalism yesterday, to Judy's thoroughness and expedition with the finance paperwork, I could not be happier, truly. As Mike knows, I was a long-time Honda of Princeton customer, but I knew that I wanted to align with a new dealership moving forward (I did not even give them the chance to continue to earn my business), as we have leased Hondas for years and will continue to do so. Salesman would not return calls or emails After looking for 3 months I saw an 06 S2000 online and traveled two and a half hours to look at it at Clinton Honda. Got it home and the next day the back brake was stuck and smoking. I called about the warranty, and at my request they sent me a pair of rear calipers, no charge. I replaced all of the rear brake components (calipers, pads, rotors and lines. When I purchased the car, it was important to me to have the Honda Owner's Manual and the Salesman Joe Carulli told me he would obtain it for me in some fashion, and include it in the package with the license plates. It did not come in the package. For two weeks I phoned, he would not take my calls, I emailed, he would not return my emails, and I left voice messages, he returned none of them. I finally resorted to calling the Sales Manager Mike Racano who told me it was located in a hidden compartment in the car. If you are contemplating purchasing a car from Clinton Honda make sure you get a sales person that will follow through on his promises, not Joe Carulli. More

Never dealt with a dealer that "actually" cared I had to order my HRV because I wanted a specific color.
