Excellent Service I've been dealing with Flemington BMW for the last several years and continue to be impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The sales depart I've been dealing with Flemington BMW for the last several years and continue to be impressed by their professionalism and expertise. The sales department starting with Vince Dillon have been extremely patient and helpful in making sure I am happy with all my choices and finding the right fit for me. My experiences with the service department have been exceptional. I had previous experience with a different BMW service department which was horrendous. Flemington has been just the opposite. From the greeting from Trini when I pull in, to the sign in and check out process at the desk, everything is done with a smile and a welcome. Most recently Dana Claxton was my service adviser and she was excellent in her communication and professionalism. More

Amazing Experien I've been dealing with Flemington BMW for 9 years. I've always had the pleasure of great service both sales and service wise. I am on my 5th BMW fro I've been dealing with Flemington BMW for 9 years. I've always had the pleasure of great service both sales and service wise. I am on my 5th BMW from Flemington and have recommended many people because of my excellent experience. Each person had the same experience. I recently went in and purchased a car for my daughter. Byron worked out a deal I couldn't turn down. Greg was extremely helpful in the process of trying to pick out the best car. I'm very grateful to them for what they did. Would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. The Finance paperwork was smooth and simple. Quick in and out. They were very detailed and went over everything so I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. With regards to my current BMW, the Service dept is spectacular. Best in the area. Always there when needed. They have many times come to my office and picked up my car while delivering a basically brand new loaner car. Turnaround time is very quick and painless. More

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE My wife and I went to get her old 2002 BMW checked out. Two repair shops had been unable to diagnose as to why the battery was draining some times. At the showroom we started looking at new cars. We were introduced to Keven Jones. What a nice person this man is. We ended up buying a car from him. Having dealt with many car salesmen in my life, I can easily say that Kevin has been my best experience ever. I got a great price for the car and a good financing rate. All the associates from Michael in Service to the Genius who explained the car features patiently to my wife, to Jan in the financing department, courtesy was abounding. Total satisfaction I have purchased BMW's from four other dealers. I have not had the sales or service staff be so friendly, prompt and professional as those of Flemingt I have purchased BMW's from four other dealers. I have not had the sales or service staff be so friendly, prompt and professional as those of Flemington BMW. Bryan worked with my wife to spec her new X5. She is in the customer service industry and remarked that she really liked his relaxed and friendly manner. The service guys are the best and indulge me with my very specific (read picky) maintenance on my 231,000 mile 2003 540 Touring. It is nice to know these people are there for us. More
