Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. My experience with Yonkers Kia had been incredible! My first encounter first came when we bought our Telluride from the General Manager Mike Romano who treated my family like it was his family. From a professional perspective, he treated us fairly, he negotiated in good faith while under promising and then over delivering on everything that was agreed on during our negotiations. As important, maybe more important was Mike then went on to introduce me to his service manager Howie Missbach who took the mantle from Mike and treated my family with the same courtesy and professionalism (and by the way a great guy) that I received from the first time we stepped foot in the Kia showroom. I end with this…I would wholeheartedly recommend Yonkers Kia to anyone looking to purchase or have their vehicle serviced who is also looking to deal with folks from management to salespeople to service personnel who will treat you with respect and fairness that one deserves / demands when dealing with a car dealer and with Yonkers KIA, that’s exactly what we have experienced Thank you!!
